The Determinants of Deviant Workplace Behavior of Faculty Members working in Public Sector Universities of Punjab, Pakistan

The aim of the research is to empirical evaluate effect organizational formal control and workgroup norms on deviant workplace behavior university faculty members Pakistan. It further investigates moderating self-regularity efficacy. study primary in nature used survey method collect responses from teaching A total 168 suitable were analyzed by using SMART PLS version 3 (Licensed). PLS-SEM was for analysis collected data. result showed that when employees find themselves under influence reference others, self-regulatory efficacy help them attain compliance with significant doing keep away involving behaviors.
